A power point for RO34 on the J835 Health & Social Care course for OCR and supporting documents to help with the evaluation assignment.
Includes:
the assessment for this year (adolescence) and can be easily changed for next years assessment
An assignment template with prompts (used on google classroom for my class)
an example of a complete observation record form
I chose to deliver the unit by teaching the therapies first and the creative task second as I felt it made sense that way, so I have the therapies part also if you need it. Please note that I have shared the supporting documents for both this resource and therapies, as they can be altered for both (if you wish to purchase both to make you aware).
I have been in touch with OCR multiple times and I am confident with the planning of this unit and have just about finished teaching this myself and found it very successful for all ability pupils.
Depending on your time frame, this unit (in completion with the other parts) could last up to a full academic year.
Please message me with any questions.
Here I have a third (the second part) of the unit R033, complete with everything needed for Part 2a of the assignment (life events, impact on PIES and needs). Please note, only part 1 of R033 changes annually, part 2a & 2b stay the same so this can be used every year without change.
Included is:
• power point on lots of expected and unexpected life events, the impacts on the PIES and the needs of each individual and their event. Includes lots of extension activities to help with their assignments, research projects, group work, case studies and scaffolding lessons to help understanding (52 slides for rolling lessons)

• student template for guidance
• and an example of a students work that has been moderated by OCR (top marks)
This unit has been moderated by OCR and we received excellent feedback on the report so I am confident with the material.
I have planned the lessons so that an experienced HSC teacher can use them or a none specialised teacher, with walk throughs of the assignments.
Lots of time and effort has gone into these lessons so I hope it can save you some time! This unit can be purchased in 3 separate parts as part of a bundle.
Available as a whole unit bundle, see my shop

I have taught this for over a year to 5 groups across KS4 and have been in touch with OCR multiple times and I am confident with the planning of this unit. I have just submitted the sample to OCR and am awaiting feedback. Many of these students have passed with L2D*/L2D & L2M. I have found it very successful for all ability pupils with many surpassing their target grades.
I have recently received the IV report from OCR for RO33 and I am pleased to say it was moderated with no issues raised. I am confident that this will demonstrate the quality of the resources I have produced here. For an example of student work, please message me.
Depending on your time frame, this unit could last up to a full academic year.
I am regulalry improving the lessons so will update frequently. Please message me with any questions.
